In 1967, in November, the first store was opened in Guadalajara, on Padre Tabernero Street, when the city we know today was not so big. Today it is located in the heart of Guadalajara.

• 1967: In November the first fish market is inaugurated. With this event begins a great project that in a few years will become a dream.
• 1972: The business begins to consolidate and another 5 stores are opened, which continue to maintain the same success as its predecessor.
• 1997: Freshcado has to expand the business and ventures into a 1500m. cold storage and processing room and two more stores.
• 2018: Times change, new technologies are the future, and Freshcado, which is a current company, embarks on the creation of its website, gets into social networks and bets on the future.
