Description

Serving suggestions: Agar-Agar is a seaweed that allows us to gel any liquid into a jelly that can be served hot or cold.

It is used in bakery products, confectionery, dairy products, as a stabilizer in ice cream and sorbets.

Directions for use: Heat to 90ºC and use immediately. Gel at 60ºC. It can be reheated as many times as necessary.
