Description
Gyozas are a type of dumpling that originated in China, but have become very popular in Japanese cuisine. These little delicacies consist of a thin dough filled with meat and other ingredients, which is folded and sealed in a crescent shape before cooking.
Gyozas can be prepared in a variety of ways, the most common being steamed and then browned in a pan, but they can also be boiled or fried.
