Description

Soba noodles are thin, dark brown buckwheat noodles that are eaten hot or cold in various preparations.

Cha Soba ‘s version includes a variant where green tea is mixed into the noodle batter bringing a fresh and slightly bitter taste to the dish, as well as a vibrant green color. It is served as a sauce to accompany the cooked and cooled noodles.
