We select our caviars among several species of Beluga Sturgeon (Huso huso), Acispenser, Huso Dauricus, etc. Expert tasters select the best roe for its aroma, flavor, size and color.
In the case of our double zero, the roe is grayish in color with golden shades, chosen one by one, they are one of the most valuable selection, since their normal color is grayish. The selected Acispenser sturgeon roe will not leave even the most experienced gourmet indifferent.
Ingredients: Water, sturgeon, corn starch, salt, cuttlefish ink, acidulant, citric acid, lemon juice, stabilizer, xanthan gum and spices.
