These sardines have an unmistakable flavor thanks to the way they are prepared. The Sardinas a la Antigua are elaborated through an artisanal process in which they are lightly fried in olive oil and carefully packed by hand, one by one.
The Sardina pilchardus is a gregarious species, which makes important movements during its life. These migrations allow us to catch them at their best time and place. This blue fish is a marvel of the sea, with a great amount of nutrients despite its size.

Let yourself be surprised by our delicious sardines.
Sardines are caught between August and November, with purse seine fishing and preferably at dawn, to guarantee the best flavor. Sardines of the Sardina pilchardus variety are prepared fresh and with our recipe ‘a la Antigua’.
We select each sardine individually, choosing those that contain an optimum percentage of fat.
