Piquillo peppers stuffed with White Tuna and Codfish made with 100% natural ingredients and without preservatives. Wood-fired roasted and stuffed in a traditional way with bechamel sauce, they are accompanied by a delicious sauce. Very easy to prepare: heat and ready.
The White Tuna (Thunnus alalunga) is the most prized for its texture and flavor. Its size ranges from 30 centimeters to one meter in length, and it weighs between 10 and 15 kilos. It has a long central fin up to two thirds of its size, which gives it the characteristic name of alalunga.
Ingredients: White tuna (Thunnus alalunga), tomato, red bell pepper, onion, potato, virgin olive oil, sugar, piquillo bell pepper, green bell pepper, potato starch, * egg, salt and * wheat flour.

Ortiz White Tuna Stuffed Peppers 300g
We prepare our stuffed peppers in a traditional way. First we prepare the sauce, with peppers and tomato; then the bechamel sauce to which we add the white tuna or cod. The peppers are filled manually with bechamel sauce. And finally the sauce is added.
Serving suggestions: We recommend storing them at room temperature, in a cool place without direct sunlight. At the time of consumption, it can be heated in a bain-marie in a pan of boiling water by introducing the can for 5 minutes or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes by pouring the contents of the can on a plate.
