Sake Takara “Kimoto Junmai” is a Junmai sake for chilled drinking, brewed according to the traditional Sake method, “Kimoto Method” skillfully using the function of microorganisms, both lactic acid bacteria and yeast. The taste characteristic is that the mouthfeel is smooth although it has complex and condensed flavors.
