Description
Chinese Chili Garlic Sauce is a spicy, fermented sauce originating in China. This sauce is an essential ingredient in Chinese cuisine and is mainly used in the cuisine of Sichuan province, although it is also found in other regions of China and in dishes from other Asian cuisines. Toban Jan sauce is made from fermented soybeans, crushed red chili peppers, salt and sometimes other ingredients such as garlic and spices.
